Conserv’s Code of Conduct

CONSERV’s Code of Conduct outlines expected behaviors for all Conserv employees. Conserv will conduct its business fairly, impartially, in an ethical and proper manner, and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. In conducting its business, integrity must underline all company relationships, including those with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, communities and among employees. The highest standards of ethical business conduct are required of Conserv employees in the performance of their company responsibilities. Employees will not engage in conduct or activity that may raise questions as to the company’s honesty, impartiality, or reputation or otherwise cause embarrassment to the company.

Conserv requires legal and ethical conduct from all its employees at all times.

  • Without exception, they will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  • They do not engage in any activity that might create a conflict of interest for the company or for themselves individually.
  • They do not take advantage of their position to seek personal gain through the inappropriate use of Conserv or non-public information or abuse of their position.
  • They will follow all restrictions on use and disclosure of information. This includes following all requirements for protecting Conserv information and ensuring that non-Conserv proprietary information is used and disclosed only as authorized by the owner of the information or as otherwise permitted by law.
  • Conserv Employees are prohibited from acquiring confidential information from other companies in any way that may be considered unethical. Any confidential information that is shared by another company is to be protected as if it were our own
  • They will protect all company, client and supplier assets and use them only for appropriate company-approved activities.
  • Any Conserv Employee offering, paying, receiving, or facilitating a bribe will be disciplined, up to and including termination. The team member may also be subject to criminal liability as provided under applicable law.
  • Gifts or entertainment offered, given or received for the purpose of influencing or rewarding decision are strictly forbidden
  • The sale or consumption of any alcoholic beverages or narcotic drugs in any of Conserv’s sites or premises is strictly prohibited
  • The sale or use of arms and ammunition on any of Conserv’s sites or premises is strictly prohibited
  • The use of forced labor by any of our suppliers or subcontractors is strictly prohibited.
  • Conduct that is harassing, demeaning, or intimidating in any way is not acceptable and will not be tolerated
  • Safety must never be compromised. Every Conserv employee must assume responsibility for safety and is obligated to stop work and correct any unsafe act or unsafe condition encountered.
  • Conserv Employees are required to be aware of and comply with applicable environmental laws.
  • Conserv facilities, equipment, supplies, and resources are to be used for business purposes
  • They will promptly report any illegal or unethical conduct to management or other appropriate authorities (i.e., Ethics, Law, and Security).
